Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Since our t-shirts are custom-made specifically for your order, we process them very quickly. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email support@jmbofficial.com or call +91 93420 70570 immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after the 12-hour window has passed, as they will have already entered the production phase.

Refunds and Returns: Because our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@jmbofficial.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
